SIMONE YANG

Simone Yang is an Italian film director based in Paris and New York. Raised in Milan’s indie music scene, he moved into radio and cultural festivals before transitioning into film production, eventually focusing on directing and producing documentaries and visual projects. Since 2010, he has created films and campaigns for brands such as Bvlgari, B&B Italia, Dior, Dries Van Noten, Fendi, Gucci, Paris 24, Roger Vivier, Trussardi amongst others, and has collaborated with publications including Vogue, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar and Elle UK. Alongside his work as a director, art director and producer, he has also taught cinema and new media at various international universities. In 2021, he founded Feline Studio, a creative production company and collective of artists based in Paris and Milan. He is currently in post-production on the feature film Une Île (co-directed with Sara Rastegar), set for release in 2026, and is developing his first narrative feature film.
